Erich Armbruster – President
Ashworth Homes was founded by the Armbruster family and is currently owned and operated by Erich Armbruster. Erich is a licensed Civil Engineer who has married his knowledge of the design and construction process to his passion and hands-on desire for building. For over 15 years he has been involved in the financial evaluation, entitlement and construction of over 200 residential and commercial projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California. Erich’s experience ranges from site feasibility and proforma evaluation to design and construction management. In addition to oversight of every Ashworth project, Erich has also served on the Board of Directors for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, Seattle Builders Council, Smart Growth Seattle, Alliance for Children Everywhere, Shoreline Sports Foundation, and the Seattle Public Utilities Development Services Office Advisory Panel.
David Kadinger – Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all of the construction requirements of residential single family, multi-family and townhome projects in and around Seattle. The Project Manager’s emphasis is on management of day to day activities on multiple construction sites to assure schedules, cost, safety and quality objectives are being attained.
Robert McMurtry – Superintendent
Robert is an accomplished superintendent with 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience. He possesses a wide range of detailed knowledge of all phases of construction with an emphasis on quality control and budget management. He has an aptitude for enhancing procedures, optimizing productivity, and controlling potential safety risks.
Dave Tully – Superintendent
Dave has over 20 years of experience in supervisory roles at lead, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and owner in all phases of residential and light commercial construction. He has ten years of planning and permitting experience in all facets of land development, including public hearings before Seattle and King County Hearing Examiners, Seattle Landmarks Board, and working with Historic Seattle. Dave has been involved in the complete oversight of all phases including purchase, financing, plat application, contracts, and scheduling from the planning stage through final walk-through. He also has an additional 16 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of construction.
Jim Nakamoto – Superintendent
Jim has extensive experience in all phases of residential construction.
Don Morrell – Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is responsible to insure all homes listed for sale meet Ashworth Home’s quality standards, manage homeowner expectations, and address customer service requests during the 1-year warranty period.
Jessica Myers – Project Manager
Jessica has over ten years experience in various construction roles for Owners, Subcontractors, GCs and REITs. She has excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to facilitate client/contractor relationships. From project management in multifamily, high-end residential and TIs with both public and private funding sources to managing field operations as a Superintendent, she has coordinated and supervised 20+ member teams and resources across multiple projects.
Lisa Nelson – Assistant Project Manager
Candy Hamel – Accounting
Candy comes to Ashworth with over 30 years of bookkeeping experience and related administrative skills. She has worked for companies both in construction and property management, making her uniquely suited to supporting Ashworth. Candy handles the general bookkeeping and accounting, as well as many human resources responsibilities.
