Erich Armbruster – President

Ashworth Homes was founded by the Armbruster family and is currently owned and operated by Erich Armbruster. Erich is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer who has married his knowledge of the design and construction process to his passion and hands-on desire for building. For over 15 years he has been involved in the financial evaluation, entitlement and construction of over 100 residential and commercial projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California. Erich's experience ranges from site feasibility and performa evaluation to design and construction management. In addition to oversight of every Ashworth project, Erich also remains involved in the hands-on work of each job.

 

 

 

Josh Gebhardt – Senior Project Manager

Josh serves as Ashworth Homes' lead project manager and is responsible for feasibility, design styles, cost estimating, bid and material procurement, contract administration, and managing each project to completion with client satisfaction. Josh has 9 years of experience in land development, commercial and residential construction and has managed property acquisitions approaching $20 million.

 

 

 

 

 

David Kadinger – Lead Superintendent

David acts as Ashworth Homes lead construction superintendent and is responsible for all job-site operations and scheduling. He has done it all. David has over 24 years of supervisory level experience effectively managing custom midrange to multi-million dollar single residence homes. He has also led on larger plat and multi-family developments including tenant
improvement projects, on down through the details of smaller remodel projects.
