Preliminary Site Layout
Coordinate with jurisdiction and design professional to determine conceptual site layouts including size and massing of buildings as well as access and topographical constraints. Preliminary inspection of environmental critical areas (ECA’s).
Assembly of Submittal Documentation
Assemble survey, engineering, architectural and documentation for agency review.
Platting & Permitting
Coordinate between agency and design staff to complete platting and permitting in a timely and cost effective manner.
Utility Installation & Site Grading
Prior to platting and permitting many jurisdictions require site improvements such as utility installation and site grading. Ashworth works on the client’s behalf, coordinating with the agency and utility contractors, to complete these tasks.
